About Us
From day one, one thing has never changed: jitu77's commitment to providing every Malaysian player with a safe, fair, and enjoyable online betting experience.
Who We Are
Jitu77 is not just another online betting platform. It was born from a genuine need among Malaysian players who wanted a betting experience truly built for them — in a language they understand, with payment methods they use every day, and with customer support that actually gets local life.
Jitu77's story began in 2018 when a group of Malaysian digital entertainment industry professionals decided to build something different. At the time, most betting platforms available to Malaysian users were international ones with half-baked translations, unfriendly interfaces and payment methods that had no relevance to the local market. jitu77 was built to fill that gap.
Jitu77 started out focused on Sports Betting — particularly the Malaysia Super League and EPL football that sits close to every local fan's heart. The overwhelming response from the Malaysian player community inspired us to grow, and within just a few years we had added Live Casino, slots, roulette, lottery, cricket, and virtual sports. Today, jitu77 offers more than 2,000 games on a single platform, fully accessible from your smartphone.
Above all else, trust is what matters most to us at jitu77. Every decision we make — from selecting game providers and building security systems to choosing payment methods and training our support team — is grounded in one question: "Is this right for our players?" If the answer is yes, we move forward. If not, we find a better way.
Our Edge
Six things that make jitu77 different from other platforms — and why over 1.25 million active members continue to trust us.
Your personal data and financial transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same technology used by Malaysia's leading banking institutions. All sensitive information is encrypted and never shared with third parties without your consent.
Top up your account in under 30 seconds using DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, Maybank2u, or CIMB Clicks. The minimum deposit is just RM 20, and withdrawals are processed the same day with no hidden fees.
Over 2,000 games on one platform: live Sports Betting, slots from world-leading providers, Live Casino with real dealers, roulette, baccarat, blackjack, lottery and Virtual Sports — all playable without downloading any additional app.
The jitu77 support team is available around the clock — via live chat on the website, email and instant messaging platforms. They communicate in Bahasa Melayu and understand the Malaysian player's context, not generic scripts that miss the point.
Jitu77 members enjoy a wide range of promotions throughout the year: welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, loyalty rewards, weekend prizes and special competitions during football season. All promotions are designed specifically for Malaysian players, with fair and transparent terms.
Jitu77 believes that betting should be a source of entertainment, not stress. We provide deposit limit tools, session time limits, session break options and easy access to support resources to ensure your gaming experience stays healthy and enjoyable.
Our Journey
From a small football-focused platform, jitu77 has grown into the most comprehensive online betting destination for Malaysian players.
Our Vision
"We want jitu77 to be the online betting platform Malaysians trust most — not because we're the biggest, but because we're the most honest and the most attuned to what local players need."

Our Core Values
Five core values that shape every decision, product and interaction we have with Malaysian players.
Our odds, bonus terms, rules and policies are written clearly in plain language. We hide nothing in the fine print. What you read is exactly what you get.
The security of players' data and funds is jitu77's absolute top priority. Our SSL encryption, segregated accounts, and regular security audits ensure your account is protected at all times.
All games on jitu77 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system independently verified by third-party auditors. No result manipulation — every spin, every match is fair.
Jitu77 cares about the wellbeing of every player. We provide self-control tools, educate players on healthy limits, and work with Malaysian responsible gambling organisations whenever needed.
We are constantly looking for ways to improve the jitu77 platform — new technology, new games, new features — so that the Malaysian player experience stays relevant, modern and better than ever.
Jitu77 is more than just a platform — it's a community of Malaysian players who share the same passion. We listen to member feedback, act on suggestions, and continue building this platform together with our community.
There's no shortage of online betting platforms available to Malaysian players today. So what makes jitu77 different? The answer isn't the largest game library or the biggest bonuses — though we work hard to stay competitive on both fronts. What sets jitu77 apart is how we build a relationship with every member: as a valued customer, not just another number in the system.
When you reach out to jitu77's support team, you won't be speaking to an automated bot delivering templated responses. You'll be connected with a real person who understands local context and genuinely wants to help resolve your issue. It may seem like a small thing, but to us at jitu77, it's the difference between a platform players return to and one they abandon after a single bad experience.
On the product side, jitu77 always listens to what Malaysian players want. When many players asked for more badminton matches to bet on, we added them. When they wanted faster payouts via local e-wallets, we made it happen. When they requested lower-limit baccarat tables so everyday players could enjoy the game without pressure, we created them. Every feature in jitu77 is the result of ongoing dialogue with our own player community.
Jitu77 also takes responsible betting seriously. We believe online betting is a legitimate form of entertainment that adults can enjoy in a healthy way when they have access to the right information. At the same time, we recognise that some players may struggle to manage their betting habits. That's why jitu77 provides self-control tools including daily deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and the option to pause or close your account at any time without any barriers.
On the security front, jitu77 invests continuously to keep our platform protected against cyber threats. All user data is stored on servers secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. Our fraud detection system operates around the clock to identify and block any suspicious activity before it can affect a member's account. Player funds are held in accounts entirely separate from the company's operating accounts — meaning your money is always available for withdrawal, regardless of the circumstances.
Another aspect of jitu77 we're proud of is our transparency around promotions and bonuses. All bonus terms and conditions are written in plain, easy-to-understand language — not confusing legal jargon. Before you accept any bonus at jitu77, you'll clearly see the wagering requirements, validity period, and applicable withdrawal limits. We believe a well-informed player is a happier and more loyal one.
Jitu77's journey from 2018 to today is a testament to what happens when a platform genuinely puts local players first. Over 1.25 million active members trust jitu77 — not because of the biggest ad spend, but because of the real experiences they've had firsthand: fast deposits, fair gameplay, winnings paid out on time and support that's always there when needed. That's jitu77, and we'll keep being the platform you can count on.
